It’s getting a little chilly up here in sunny Queensland and while we certainly don’t suffer like our southern cousins, cold is relative, and I love to be warm. With nights so long, Winter is definitely a time when I get to share a little TV time with The Builder and while sitting on the lounge I do love to have a throw rug on my lap. I recently was searching online for a new throw rug for the lounge room, and am happy to share some of my favourites with you today.

Fleur from Our Urban Box shared some fantastic ideas for Hanging Pots in the home. If you love watching a new build take shape, then be sure to keep an eye out on Fleur’s blog as she builds her new home.
Michelle from Jarrah Jungle shared her new Limestone Retaining Wall and Colorbond Fencing. What a big difference it made!

I have grey throws (similar to photos 2 and 3)…they go with my mint/teal living room decor. I am loving the colours of #4 and I really like waffle throws, they bring an extra element of texture to the room.
Thanks for hosting.
I saw some stunning throw rugs at Kmart this week. They got all new stock which I’m loving. I’m holding back though cause I could spend a fortune in there!
Oh, I need a few more throws, these are gorgeous, I love 2 and 3.
And,
I just adore those hanging planters Fleur found, toooo gorgeous!
Enjoy the last of the holidays and have a great weekend lovely x

I’m not really a throw rug person, I’m more of a flannelette PJs and a dressing gown kind of girl. That said, number 8 looks so cosy, I can’t resist a bit of faux fur! Which one did you choose?
None of these ? We ended up having my step daughter make one for us instead. xx
