Can you hear the birds chirping, the grass actually growing, the little bit of warmth creeping back into the day, or what about the sun, waking from it’s slumber, just a bit earlier each morning? Spring has sprung and it’s my favourite time of year. While this is only the second spring we have had in our home, and the last we were still deep in construction mode, I do like to change the way we decorate just a little to reflect the change of season.
The throw rugs disappear, spring foliage and flowers reappear, windows are thrown open, it is really simple to add a Spring flavored touch to you home.
These test tube vases from Kmart are perfect for holding those spring blooms.
Copper is right on trend this Spring, why not add something like this copper fruit bowl from Target.
How about some new spring cushions like this one from Pillow Talk.
Or a new candle to give the house a fresh spring scent.

Spring is wonderful except where did it go? It seems to have disappeared again here in Queensland… Well down this end of Queensland anyway. Won’t be long before the sunshine is out again. I love that you do seasonal decor. Great idea.
