Add an office space to the exterior of your property.

Most men will typically opt for a ‘blokes’ setup, which will consist of a bar full of refreshments, a games area, a barbecue and a social area. Women will typically opt for added comfort, but it would be ungentlemanly if the woman’s cave were to be outside of the home. So men can allow women to claim the interior space in the property while the men create their own space in a different area.
Invest in a dining table that also doubles as a pool table.

Whether your man is an Xbox, Playstation or desktop kind of guy, he will want to have a setup that is efficient for gameplay and relaxation. Install a storage area for his consoles and games so that he will never be bored.
Walk-in shower
One of the ways you can really transform your bathroom in 2017 is by getting rid of your shower doors and installing a walk-in shower that can only be described as ‘heavenly’.
Next, you want to make sure that you install luxury shower options such as a rainfall shower head and a waterfall head. You can even go an extra step further to maximise the ‘private spa’ sensation by adding a steam room element to your bathroom.
Social fire pit.
One of the ways to improve the social bonding in your household is to build a firepit out the back. As the evening sets in during the cooler months of the year, you can invite friends and family to keep warm around the fire pit.
Revamp your property by applying fresh paint with a modern colour scheme.

Water feature.

Create a serene focal point with your living space by installing a hanging water fountain. Maximise the minimalistic design in your home by freeing up floor space with a horizontal or vertical wall design. Choose marble, granite or slate to create rippling sounds as the water caresses the surface.
