Week four has seen so many changes, we have chosen tiles

The beautiful pressed metal ceilings have been painted

All whilst Hubby has wrestled with his head injury and we have spent so much time in and out of hospital and Doctors surgeries. I am so pleased with how she is coming along. There is only 9 more sleeps until we move in, and while we know we will not be finished as we hoped, it is getting so close and exciting, that the little things just don’t matter.

We will be ‘roughing’ it for the first little while, as we finish off downstairs, complete the interior fit out upstairs, and start progress in the wild jungle of a yard, but what a glorious place to be ‘roughing’ it in. My heart is simply singing with joy, our family is already very happy in our home, and we are not yet living there. I can only imagine what joy she will bring us in the coming weeks.

Week 5 will see many more changes, as the cladding begins, windows are delivered, plastering begins, and the rooms downstairs begin to take shape.
