Have you heard about the great competition The Plumbette and I have running? Are you a fan of Kmart and their new homewears range? The Plumbette and I are giving you the opportunity to win yourself a $50 Coles Myer giftcard, simply by sharing your styled or hacked Kmart piece. For more information on the competition please read this post, but for now, let’s have a look at the Kmart hacks I found while roaming around the internet today.
Katrina Chambers has long been an inspiration of mine. I love her home, she has such a wonderful sense of style. Back in August she shared these two Kmart hacks.
This little black plant holder, was originally a garden lantern, a little know how and some black spray paint and look at it now.
Katrina thought this concrete pot looked a little boring when she first purchased it, with a stencil and paint, she was able to transform it, to the beauty it is now. For more details and step by step instructions, see here.
I absolutely love this bedside table hack from Crosstitchery, for details on it’s transformation, she her tutorial here.
I’m crushing really hard on this bedroom transformation found over at Stuff Mums Like.
This awesome bedroom found via Our Urban Box comes from the Instagram account of Mel from mel_zag. Using a shadowbox found at Kmart to house a few trinkets in a boys room. Love!
Kmart style has really evolved over the last 12 months, so much so there are many Facebook pages dedicated to it’s fans and their passion for Kmart style.
Have you a Kmart style to share? Are you a Kmart lover? Care to enter our competition?
