Our home, is already the most social I have ever lived in. We regularly have friends dropping by to say hello, neighbours are here most days, we have had a few passes by stop and ask what we are doing with the house, we even have buses of tourists stop out the front each Friday on a history tour of Ipswich. The front of the house in a little neglected in favour of the hundreds of other things that need to be done, however my early hours on Pinterest are giving me all the inspiration we need, for as soon as we have the time to dress up this space.
The traditional Queenslander style has it all going for me, so relaxed and casual.
I absolutely must have beautiful plants by the door, such a pop of colour, and a burst of freshness to lead you into the home.
I love, love, love these planters, and I am very fond of the glossy black door.
Lighting is another aspect to be considered.
I cannot wait for Christmas, to hang a fresh wreath on the door, oh the excitement!
I think I may have to do a little shopping this week, I can’t have our friends and neighbours thinking we don’t love our home outside as much as inside. What do you love about an entry?
