Desk Inspo – Inspired Space

Desk Inspo – Inspired Space

Here in Queensland the kids have finally gone back to school, and yes I am doing a very happy dance at the moment!! I love our kids, but my goodness I love the productivity of a day working from home without the constant interruptions they bring. We’ve spent the last few weeks looking over ways to get the kids and our homes organised for back to school, but now that is done, I really think it’s time we drool over some great desk inspo for our own working spaces. Care to join me?

The Perfect Desk Inspo For A Freshen Up

Let’s start with one of my all time favourites, Kirsten of Kirsten and Co fame, has a stunning home office, with a very drool worthy desk.

Next up we are having a sneaky peak at the desk of Roberta of The Romanticist Studios. I love the simplicity of this desk as featured on Inspired By This.

Let’s head on over to Life Love and Hiccups for some gorgeous desk inspo from Sonia. Sonia recently refreshed her desk space which I found via her Facebook page, and I must say, I am totally envious!

Ikea have been inspiring us for years with their styling, and this desk styling is no exception. While a little impractical for day to day use as it is, I am happy to drool away just the same!

Decorpad often has some great inspiration, and this desk space is no exception.

Here is my own humble desk nook, or rather as it appears when it is tidy. Needs a little work, but I do love this space.

Having a pretty desk space, doesn’t just serve the purpose of being pleasing to the eye, it also stimulates creativity, which I need in buckets! Decorating your space needs not be expensive either, use what you have at home, pick some foliage from your yard, light a candle, frame your favourite photos or do a quick trip to Kmart. However you do it, you deserve a pretty space to work from.

Have you given your work space a makeover recently? What is your favourite colour? How do you keep on task when working from home?
