It’s ensuite month this month on the blog, we started the month off with looking at designing an ensuite, and now we get to the pretty part, where we explore some inspirational images of contemporary ensuites. If you are planning on building or renovating your ensuite, I cannot recommend Pinterest highly enough as a source of inspiration. It is my go to for my own planning and for assisting with clients to find their style and dreamed outcome. Create a board to help discover your preferred style, colours, fixtures and fittings.

I absolutely adore this design found via Contemporist. The timber and polished concrete floors bring such warmth to what would otherwise be quite a stark spark. In addition, the black tapware and window frames are stunning.

This contemporary space flows well with enough room for a bath! I would love a bath in our ensuite. Loving the dark vanity and shower tiles, and especially love how the wall colour, mirror and spashback tiles are lighter in colour to break it all up.

This contemporary masterpiece by Schulberg Demkin Architects, is simply stunning! The timber floors, concrete walls sleek stainless steel fittings, I LOVE IT!

Contemporary spaces for me means, state of the art fittings and designs, texture and unique features. With an emphasis on comfort and style. While it won’t suite our current home, our previous home had a very contemporary ensuite.
