One of the most important parts of what we do, is the relationships we build with our clients. Through those relationships, we are able to better understand how a space is going to be used. We are able to more effectively communicate with our clients and understand their needs. We both love children, and make sure that all our subbies, are family people as well.
We believe that it is so important to have these relationship with our clients, to get to know every member of the family, including the pets. When you are investing so much of your money and time into the work we do, the end result is only part of the process, the experience is also a very large part, and it needs to be a pleasant one. Renovating and extending can be especially challenging times for a family, and if we can ease the burden, just by understanding the normal routine of the family, their experience will be better.
Living through our own renovation, has brought a totally new perspective for us. The frustration, the endless DUST, the time, and money constraints all can contribute to an unpleasant situation, however with this perspective we are better able to assist with planning and better manage the disruption to our clients lives.
