A couple of weeks ago I shared 5 of my favourite contemporary kitchen designs, and as much as I love a contemporary kitchen, Hamptons style is what has my heart. It’s quite similar to what we plan to install here in Pen Y Llechwedd, but we are looking at a blend of Hamptons, and classic styles to create something unique.
My Favourite 5 Hamptons Style Kitchen Designs
This design from Garsden and Clarke Kitchens makes my heart happy. From the beautiful cabinetry to the gorgeous lighting, I love this space!
A stunning Hamptons kitchen with a coastal feel. You’ll really want to check the rest of this house out by Verandah House.
Gorgeous marble, beautiful cabinetry, this kitchen by Smith Firestone Associates Design is a winner.
I’m in love with this Hamptons Beach Style Kitchen by Southport Architects Austin Patterson Disston Architects

The little hint of grey paint above the window provides some depth to this space.
For me Hamptons style means, white shaker style cabinetry, marble benchtops, white tiled splash backs, feature lighting and vintage style tapware, perfection!
Are you a lover of Hampton’s style kitchens? What is the one feature you’d love to change about your kitchen?

Oh yes! You can’t go past a Hamptons beauty! My favourite is the classic design from Garsden and Clarke Kitchens – love that first one!
Stunning isn’t it! xx
Simply stunning! I just adore white kitchens x
Me too Kat, love white! xx
Oh I adore white kitchens too! I love mine! But I gotta wipe over it every now and then as the farm gets so much dust!! I think I had one of these pics as my inspiration actually ? xx
It would be dusty on the farm Jo. I am a huge lover of white, white and white. The Builder would like a little more colour though. xx
I could so see a Hamptons Kitchen in your home. I love the first one best. x
I love it too Bec xx
Nicole,
Think no 2 is my fav, which is funny as I’ve never lived, considered coastal before.
One thing to change about my kitchen, well funny Q for me at present as you know. We begin our roofing this weekend, yah!!! And once the trusses are on no walls will be load bearing so… I suggested to husband that we knock out an existing wall in the kitchen to let light in and see what we think as we wait months for new kitchen. You know just live with a gaping hole. He agreed and suggested we ‘move’ benches around into our proposed layout and see how it flows to live in. Should be fun;)
I’m not sure where you are in the country, but I know it’s going to be super hot here this weekend! Good luck with your roofing, I hope all goes well and I’ll pray for the rain to hold out till Monday xx
My favourite style. Absolutely drooling over these beautiful kitchens. Puts my fake timber Lino cabinets to shame. *hangs head
Ha ha ha, mine is not much better at the moment xxx
The first one and the one with the touch of gray are my picks but I love Hamptons Style. I’m hoping the first part of my new kitchen gets installed next week I’ve gone mainly white, marble look stone benchtops but a touch of dark wood to go with the floors too, fingers crossed it looks like it does in my head in reality!!!
Ooohh that sounds awesome! I can’t wait to see it xx
My absolute favourite style! I tried to do a bit of a modern/ Australian take on this for my own kitchen. I would have loved the box around style stove top like the 1st and 5th pics. So practical!
Oh I love your kitchen Lauren, it’s still one of my favourite spaces xx
